What to Expect on Your First Visit

Dr. McBee will call to introduce herself to you the evening before your first visit. She wants to hear your concerns and needs without the additional stress many patients feel once in a dental office. Upon entering, you will meet Kami who will gather and process all necessary information to be utilized by your team. Monica will greet you and assist Dr. McBee in performing a thorough exam and evaluation. Dr. McBee will address and discuss any treatment needs and options with you. After which, Jade performs a dynamic cleaning and educational period custom designed for your oral health. More detailed information is available to you in the New Patient Packet. Office Policies

Warranty Policy

We are confident in our professional services and as such we will honor our work. Should a need arise to replace or re-do any of the following procedures, we will do so at no charge AS LONG AS you maintain an active patient status in our office by returning for preventative cleanings, exams and x-rays as required by Dr. McBee;

  • Crowns and Bridges will be replaced at no charge for a period of 5 years after the insertion date.
  • Fillings will be replaced if needed at no charge for a period of 2 years.
  • Patients with poor oral hygiene may be required to be seen more frequently than the standard 6 months.

Cancellation Policy

We value your time, and by doing so, we reserve an appointment slot for you and you alone. In the event we can foresee the delay of your appointment time, we will call you to inform you and allow you to come later or reschedule as best suits your schedule. We, in turn, ask for the consideration of providing us a minimum of 24 hours notice when you are unable to keep your appointment. This allows us an opportunity to offer that time to a patient in need.

Emergencies happen. We understand you may not have prior knowledge or be able to contact us regarding your inability to keep your appointment. The first occurrence of a broken appointment, simply call the office and we will gladly reschedule you.

However, in the event of multiple missed appointments, we may no longer be able to reappoint you and would ask you to locate a dental offic with hours more conducive to your schedule.

Financial Policy

In the event you may require dental treatment, you will be provided a written estimate of recommended services. There are rare situations during treatment that unforeseen treatment may need to be added to your care. If that should occur, we will inform you and provide any options you may have.

The fees for services are due in full at the time they are performed. If you have insurance benefits available, your estimated percentage and deductible are due at the time of service. Once the insurance has paid or failed to pay, the full balance is expected from you at the next billing cycle. We encourage you to call with any questions or concerns regarding your account at any time.

We do not accept partial payments. We do have interest free payment options available by a third party.

Insurance Policy

We work diligently to ESTIMATE your out-of-pocket cost after insurance benefits are paid. We cannot know the exact amount your insurance will cover. If you need to know exactly, please call your insurance company and provide them the ADA procedure code listed on your written estimate. They can answer your questions more specifically as they have your complete policy limits available.

Our office will file an insurance claim on your behalf electronically. This means your claim will be received by your insurance company the next day. We will work with your insurance company to collect payment of your benefit(s) for 60 days. If the company fails to pay the claim, the account balance is then due in full by you. You will receive statements to keep you informed of if, when, and how much your insurance company has paid.
