We value your time, and by doing so, we reserve an appointment slot for you and you alone. In the event we can foresee the delay of your appointment time, we will call you to inform you and allow you to come later or reschedule as best suits your schedule. We, in turn, ask for the consideration of providing us a minimum of 24 hours notice when you are unable to keep your appointment. This allows us an opportunity to offer that time to a patient in need.
Emergencies happen. We understand you may not have prior knowledge or be able to contact us regarding your inability to keep your appointment. The first occurrence of a broken appointment, simply call the office and we will gladly reschedule you.
However, in the event of multiple missed appointments, we may no longer be able to reappoint you and would ask you to locate a dental office with hours more conducive to your schedule.
